can submit materials to the testing lab which uses the Great Western Sampl-Sifter
to replicate the performance of their full scale horizontal gyratory sifters.
Testing will determine how your product handles and what difficulties might
be encountered due to particle size distribution, particle shape, bulk density,
moisture and oil content, and the possibility of static charge. Test results
state area requirements and serve as a guide in determining the optimum
equipment size and specifications for sifter speed and circle, sieve depth,
throat size, side opening, pan slope, and the number and type of cloth cleaners
to meet your process objectives. |
